The following terms govern the relationship between you and Golden Mister and take effect from the moment an account is opened. Please read them before depositing, as acceptance is a condition of play.
Opening and holding an account
One account is permitted per person, household, e-mail address, payment instrument and IP address. Duplicate registrations are closed on discovery and any balance accrued on the secondary account may be reduced to the sum of its net deposits.
You confirm on registration that the details supplied are true, that you are acting for yourself and not on behalf of a third party, and that participation in online gaming is lawful where you are situated. Determining the legal position in your own jurisdiction is your responsibility, not ours.
Login credentials are personal. Activity conducted through your account is treated as your own unless you have notified us of a suspected compromise, and we ask that any such notification be made without delay so the account can be suspended.
Deposits, withdrawals and verification
Funds may only be moved through instruments registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals are returned, wherever technically possible, to the method used for the corresponding deposit, and a payout may be split across methods where deposit history requires it.
Full identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is released. Where documents are illegible, expired or inconsistent with the registration details, processing is paused until acceptable replacements are supplied.
We reserve the right to withhold a payout while an investigation into suspected fraud, collusion, chargeback activity or breach of these terms is open, and to recover sums credited in error at any point after the error is identified.
Bonuses and promotional credit
Each promotion carries its own conditions covering the qualifying deposit, the wagering multiple, the expiry window, the maximum stake permitted while a requirement is outstanding, and any cap on the amount convertible to cash.
Games contribute to wagering at differing rates. Slots typically count in full while table games, video poker and live-dealer titles contribute at a reduced rate or are excluded altogether; the applicable schedule is published alongside each offer.
Placing outsized stakes to clear a requirement, hedging across low-risk outcomes, or coordinating play between linked accounts constitutes abuse. Golden Mister may cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it in such cases, leaving the player's own deposited funds untouched.
Gameplay, malfunction and limitations
Outcomes are produced by random number generators supplied and tested by the relevant game studios. A malfunction voids all associated plays and pays; where a round is interrupted by a connection failure, the result recorded on the game server is definitive.
The platform is provided as it stands. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss, for losses arising from your own equipment or connection, or for any amount exceeding the balance held in your account at the relevant time.
We may amend these terms, adjust the game portfolio, alter limits or close an account on notice. Where an amendment is materially adverse to you, notice will be given before it applies and you may close your account and withdraw any unencumbered balance.
Complaints, licensing and governing law
Complaints should first be raised with our support team, who aim to acknowledge within twenty-four hours and to reach a substantive answer within fourteen days. Please retain screenshots, transaction references and session times, as these materially speed up review.
Golden Mister is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and does not participate in the GAMSTOP scheme. UK players should understand that the statutory complaint route through a UKGC-approved alternative dispute resolution provider is consequently not open in respect of this site.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operating company is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive competence over any dispute. Where the English version and a translation differ, the English version prevails.
